Getting to the Hotel on Isla Ometepe

The principle access to Ometepe is via the Lake Nicaragua port of San Jorge, located 90 minutes from Managua, 45 minutes from the border with Costa Rica or the beach town of San Juan del Sur. Lake ferries leave regularly from the port of San Jorge on a 1 hr 15 min ferry ride to Moyogalpa or San Jose del Sur.
